Requirements for the PackerAbility to work 12-hour shifts and overtime as neededMust be able to lift, push, and pull up to 50 poundsComfortable working in extreme heat, noise, and fumesWilling to submit to a criminal background check and drug screeningStrong attention to safety, attendance, and detailPacker ResponsibilitiesPackage and prepare finished products for shipmentFollow production standards and maintain a steady work pacePerform general housekeeping to keep work areas clean and organizedWear required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all timesAssist with additional duties as assigned by the supervisorWork Environment for the PackerManufacturing setting with moving equipment, sharp edges, and tight spacesFrequent standing, kneeling, reaching overhead, and repetitive motionsFast-paced and physically demanding conditionsIf you're looking for a hands-on Packer role with consistent hours and competitive pay, we encourage you to apply.
