Fulltime Fulfillment Associate (entry level) We are changing the world...one flannel at a time. Warehouse Responsibilities:
Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently Ensure cleanliness, tidiness, and safety of work environment Load and unload containers of products Accept delivery of inventory Count and confirm inventory Mark and label stock Open and inspect return orders Store inventory in a logical and accessible manner Load and wrap products on pallets • Willing to be trained in safe use of cherry picker/order picker, pallet jacks, forklifts, etc. Qualifications Ability to lift, push and pull boxes up to 50 pounds Ability to work in various warehouse temperatures Ability to maintain a high level of physicality - twisting, turning, bending, stooping, reaching. Able to stand and/or walk on concrete floors for prolonged periods All the above items must be executed daily, without restriction. Experience working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Interpersonal skills are essential, as working as a team is vital to maintaining an organized warehouse Ability to solve problems quickly and prioritize daily tasks according to importance Able to report to work daily with a positive mental attitude and willing to put in the hard work and effort daily. Customer service driven - when attention to the accuracy of items picked and shipped is very high, the customer has the best experience. Annual merit increases are available based on individual performance, job performance, and overall contribution to the team. Must be available to work 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM Monday-Friday, with some expected overtime and additional hours as needed during our very busy days. The occasional Saturday and or Sunday shift might be needed at times as well. Peak Season is October-February and shift times increase to mandatory overtime hours, Monday-Saturday, usually from 6:30 -5:30. Exact shift times will be announced during peak season.
