This role requires a hard-working, reliable, and punctual individual looking to build a long-term career in manufacturing. You will be expected to work with speed, accuracy, and consistency as well as maintain a team-player mentality and commitment to safety, quality, and production flow. All candidates are subject to a pre-employment background check and drug screening. Core Responsibilities Manufacturing door components including jambs, headers, thresholds, and trim pieces Operate saws, routers, and cutting equipment Ensure components meet size and quality specifications Pick components based on work orders for assembly Verify correct items and quantities Stage materials for production carts Read and follow work orders Confirm measurements and specifications Maintain quality standards Inspect components for defects, warping, or damage Support production throughput (TPUT) Meet daily and hourly targets Maintain safe and organized workspace Follow PPE and 6S standards Work cooperatively with team members Communicate shortages or issues immediately Requirements Ability to use power tools: saws, routers, drills, nail guns Ability to read a tape measure down to 1/16 inch Ability to read and understand work orders Basic math skills including fractions Inspect materials for quality and accuracy Strong commitment to safety standards Work well with team members Maintain equipment properly Keep work area clean and organized Report discrepancies immediately Reliable work history preferred Stand for 8+ hours Lift 45-75 lbs regularly Strong communication skills What We're Looking For Hard-working and dependable Attention to detail and accuracy Positive attitude Willingness to learn Accountability for quality and output Work Environment Fast-paced manufacturing environment Exposure to cutting equipment and machinery Physically active role

Compensation Bi-Weekly Pay Rate:
