Job Description:

As a Packing and Shipping Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers receive their Pokémon card and collectible orders quickly and in excellent condition.

Responsibilities:

Carefully package Pokémon cards and collectibles according to company standards, ensuring items are securely protected during transit Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and order fulfillment activities using internal systems and Excel/Google Sheets Perform inventory audits to verify stock accuracy and identify discrepancies Split orders and SKUs to generate accurate shipping labels and streamline fulfillment Collaborate with team members to prioritize orders and meet daily shipping deadlines in a fast-paced environment Inspect outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and quality standards are met Communicate with internal teams to resolve order-related issues or discrepancies Assist with unloading incoming shipments and preparing packages for delivery trucks Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment

Requirements:

Previous experience in packing and shipping is preferred, but not required Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively Strong verbal and written communication skills Experience with inventory audits and stock tracking is a plus Ability to split orders and SKUs for label creation and fulfillment workflows Ability to lift and carry packages of various weights Tech-savvy with basic proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (preferred) Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new products and processes Knowledge of pop culture, collectibles, and trading cards is a plus Passion for Pokémon cards and familiarity with different sets and editions is a plus
