We are looking for an organized, food-safety-focused Operator to run our chocolate enrobing and extrusion equipment. In this role, you'll oversee the art and science of coating our delicious centersfrom caramels to nut clusterswhile keeping production lines smooth, precise, and spotless.

What You'll Be Doing:

Feed & Extrude:

Feed and extrude confectionery centers (caramels, pretzels, nut clusters) into enrobing systems via vibrating machinery.

Master the

Enrobing Process:

Coat centers in chocolate according to Bill of Materials (BOM) specs, regularly weighing small batches of ingredients and monitoring chocolate tempering and weight percentages.

Guard Food Safety:

Maintain strict quality standards by staying alert for any raw materials or work-in-progress (WIP) products suspicious of adulteration.

Clean & Sanitize:

Perform routine sanitation of enrobers, extruders, belts, tables, and utensils using proper chemical safety protocols.

Troubleshoot & Adapt:

Keep equipment running smoothly under pressure with minimal supervision, and pitch in with other assigned factory duties.

What We're Looking For:

Track Record:

Stellar attendance, punctuality, and safety record.

Technical & Basic Skills:

Basic math and writing skills for ingredient weighing/recording; ability to operate and troubleshoot production equipment.

Physical Readiness:

Ability to stand/walk the entire shift, handle hands-on work, and regularly lift up to 50 lbs.
