Onsite WOLFpak is a growing e-commerce brand based in Costa Mesa, California. We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Picker & Packer to join our team. This position is responsible for accurately picking, packing, labeling, and preparing customer orders for shipment. The ideal candidate works efficiently, stays organized, and takes pride in completing orders accurately. Responsibilities Pick, pack, label, and prepare 100+ customer orders per day Verify products, quantities, and shipping labels before orders are shipped Perform quality-control checks to ensure products meet company standards Maintain an organized and accurate inventory system Conduct regular stock counts and help resolve inventory discrepancies Receive, load, and unload trucks or shipping containers approximately two to three times per month Restock warehouse shelves and maintain organized product locations Follow all warehouse safety procedures Keep the warehouse and individual work areas clean and organized Communicate with team members regarding inventory, order, or product issues Requirements Previous warehouse, fulfillment, shipping, or similar experience is required Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 50 pounds Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and communication skills Dependable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude Training on WOLFpak's specific warehouse processes and systems will be provided.
