As we expand our roasting program and launch multiple new cafés over the next two years, we need someone who can step into the roastery on day one—hands on, fully present, and fully committed to supporting the systems and people that keep our coffee moving from roastery to café. This role is the backbone of the roastery. You won't be roasting coffee, but you'll play a critical role in making sure every bag is packaged with care, every order is accurate, inventory is organized, and production runs smoothly. As we grow, you'll help build the systems and standards that support a world-class coffee program.
