Duties Utilize RF scanners and barcode scanning technology to accurately pick and verify orders in accordance with order specifications Operate warehouse equipment such as reach trucks, cherry pickers, forklifts, pallet jacks, and other heavy machinery safely and efficiently Load and unload shipments using appropriate material handling equipment while adhering to safety protocols Manage inventory through warehouse management systems (WMS), ensuring stock accuracy and proper storage practices Prepare orders for shipment by packing items securely, labeling correctly, and performing quality control checks Assist with stocking shelves, replenishing inventory, and organizing warehouse distribution areas for optimal accessibility Follow safety procedures consistently, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and manual handling techniques for heavy lifting Skills Proven experience operating warehouse equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, cherry pickers, pallet jacks, and heavy machinery Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management processes Skilled in order picking & packing, shipping & receiving procedures, and barcode scanning for logistics accuracy Ability to perform basic math calculations for inventory counts and order accuracy Excellent manual handling skills with a focus on safety protocol adherence during heavy lifting or materials handling Familiarity with warehouse operations including stock management, quality control, and distribution workflows Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and warehouse supervisors for seamless operations Embark on a rewarding career where your skills in materials handling and warehouse operations make a tangible impact!
