Keep Quality High. Be Part of the Team. We're looking for dependable, detail-oriented Product Packers to join our production team in Fairfield, CA! If you enjoy hands-on work, like staying active, and take pride in getting things right the first time, this could be a great opportunity for you. You'll play an important role in making sure our finished gaming products are accurately counted, inspected, packaged, and ready for distribution. We're looking for people who are reliable, hardworking, willing to learn, and ready to contribute in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. What You'll Do As a Product Packager, you'll count, inspect, organize, package, and prepare finished gaming products while making sure every order meets our quality and accuracy standards.
Additional Duties and Responsibilities Include:
Count, collate, inspect, and package finished gaming products according to production requirements. Verify product quantities, sequence, identification, and packaging requirements for accuracy. Inspect products for defects, damage, or discrepancies and report quality concerns. Assemble, label, seal, and prepare finished products for storage, shipment, or the next stage of production. Maintain productivity and quality expectations while minimizing errors, damage, and material waste. Follow work instructions, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), quality requirements, and safety practices. Keep products properly organized throughout the packaging process to maintain accuracy and product integrity. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation. Work with team members and other production areas to keep products moving and meet production schedules. Other duties as required. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is dependable, accurate, productive, and comfortable with repetitive hands-on work. High School Diploma or GED required. Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately count, sort, inspect, and verify products. Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions. Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain accuracy while meeting production expectations. Dependable and punctual with consistent attendance. Ability to perform repetitive production tasks for extended periods. Ability to stand and remain active throughout the workday. Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to work independently and as part of a production team. Commitment to workplace safety, product quality, and established procedures. Ability to work well in a diverse environment.
Additional Requirements:
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and provide documentation establishing identity and employment eligibility as required by federal law. Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
