ASAP Position Summary We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Packing Associate to support a passion fruit packing operation in Fallbrook, CA. This is a fast-paced, hands-on position working indoors in a packing house environment. The ideal candidate is someone who learns quickly, works efficiently, and can pick up new processes with minimal supervision. Job Duties Pack passion fruit into boxes and cartons Work on a fast-paced packing/assembly line Sort, organize, and prepare fruit for packing Follow packing and quality standards Keep the work area clean and organized Learn packing procedures quickly and adapt to daily production needs Assist with other general packing house duties as needed Requirements Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Comfortable standing and working in a fast-paced environment Dependable and able to arrive for a 7:00 AM start Ability to follow directions and learn new processes quickly Strong attention to detail Bilingual English/Spanish preferred, but not required Work Environment This position is located inside a packing house with fans. Candidates should be comfortable working in an agricultural packing environment. Please note that this is a remote location and GPS/cell service may be limited in the area. Candidates are strongly encouraged to review and map out their route before traveling to the worksite. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for consistent part-time work with a long-term assignment.
