Job Description Pay Rate:

$17.00 per hour (Additional $1.00 per hour for hours worked between 7:00pm and 11:59pm. Additional $2.00 per hour for hours worked between 12:00am-4:59am)

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Identify bruised or broken portions of chicken requiring removal. Place and identify product and place into designated area. Remove specific parts of chicken. Rotate into several functions including Salvage, Product Dumper, Flipping Thighs, Deboning Machine, Saddle Pack Machine, Multi Cut Machine and Netting. Able to cut and trim product with Wizard Knife. Supply and place pads/trays on conveyor belt. Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS

Must be able to stand for long periods of time (8+hrs) on concrete/steel platform. Must be able to use small hand held tools such as knives, scissors and hose. Able to visually inspect product and separate chicken. Repetitive grasping, pushing and pulling motions, torso twisting and lifting of 4 to 10 pounds. Must be able to rotate to all positions. Able to work in a cold, warm or wet environment. Able to work around moving equipment.
