In this position, you will play a critical role in our warehouse operations by locating, selecting, and preparing inventory for customer orders. You will be key to ensuring order accuracy, timely fulfillment, and smooth day-to-day distribution. Key Responsibilities Locate, pick, and pull merchandise accurately from warehouse shelves and racks based on order pick lists.

Utilize handheld devices, such as RF scanners, to track inventory movements and confirm picked items.

Inspect items for damage or quality issues prior to packing.

Transport pulled materials to packing or shipping stations using manual or powered warehouse equipment (e.

G., hand trucks, pallet jacks).Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Assist with basic inventory counts and stock restocking as needed. Qualifications Previous order picking or warehouse experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate. Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate order fulfillment.

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift packages throughout the entire shift.

Dependable, punctual, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
