Pay Transparency:

The pay range for this role is $17.00 - $17.44 Hourly.

WHAT YOU'LL BE WORKING ON

… Load and unload pillows/pillow fill from machines, conveyors, and conveyances. Operate machinery used in the production/filling process, or assist machine operators. Place products in equipment or on work surfaces for further processing, inspecting, or wrapping. Examine products to verify conformance to quality standards. Start machines or equipment to begin production processes.

WHAT YOU BRING

… Attention to detail Teamwork and communication skills. Follow company safety culture and Cal OSHA regulations. Report incident injury and hazard to managers. Able to identify work hazard situations. Following the company safety culture while performing the job duties required for the position. Regular and predictable attendance.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Must be able to wear personal protective gear like safety glasses. Must be comfortable working in an environment with machinery noise.

Stationary position:

Must be able to remain stationary 50% of the time.

Movements:

Must be able to move throughout the warehouse to access different machines. Must be able to frequently move material weighing up to 50 pounds.
