Responsibilities Efficiently pick items using order picker equipment and RF scanners to fulfill customer orders accurately Pack products securely, ensuring proper packaging for safe delivery while maintaining quality control standards Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery safely and effectively Load and unload shipments, verifying quantities against shipping documents and updating inventory records in the warehouse management system Assist with shipping & receiving processes, including labeling, documentation, and inventory stocking Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse to support smooth operations and safety compliance Support warehouse distribution activities by preparing orders for shipment and coordinating with warehouse supervisors on stock levels Requirements Prior experience in warehouse operations, including picking & packing, shipping & receiving, or inventory management preferred Proficiency with RF scanners, warehouse management systems (WMS), and mechanical knowledge of heavy equipment operation Ability to perform heavy lifting regularly and operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, or other heavy equipment safely (certification preferred) Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate order fulfillment and quality control Excellent communication skills to follow instructions clearly and work collaboratively within a team Warehouse experience involving stock management, order fulfillment, or distribution is highly desirable Physical stamina to stand, walk, lift heavy objects, load & unload shipments throughout the shift Join us in creating a vibrant workplace where your skills make a real impact!
