Garden Grove, CA Job Details Full-time $19 - $21 an hour 2 hours ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Paid time off Vision insurance Qualifications Mechanical blueprint interpretation Teamwork Blueprint specification interpretation Interpersonal skills Packing Spreadsheets English Shop math Continuous improvement Attention to detail Productivity software Picking & packing Full Job Description Job description: Fast-paced, detail-oriented warehouse position Pull production parts accurately based on work orders and build lists Pack and stage parts in the correct sequence for shipment Revise production lists and update status accordingly Support production teams by locating, pulling, and delivering missing parts Update stock levels and shortage reports with accuracy Sort and place materials on racks, shelves, or bins according to build instructions Record all material movements within the warehouse system Maintain organized, labeled build racks and bins Ensure all pulled and packed items meet quality and accuracy standards Assist with maintaining a clean, efficient warehouse workflow
Requirements:
Must be able to push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs Must be able to stand and walk throughout the entire shift Ability to read and understand blueprints, basic engineering drawings, and part number callouts Must be able to perform basic Microsoft Office functions, especially Excel Demonstrate basic shop math skills Strong teamwork orientation; flexible and responsive to production needs Good verbal and written communication skills Desire to learn new skills and improve technical knowledge Strong commitment to accuracy, quality, and continuous improvement Ability to follow written, verbal, or diagram-based instructions Perfect attendance is required — reliability is essential Ability to understand and follow basic English instructions
