Job Description
Job Summary Tecfen Medical is looking for a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Packer / Floater to join our small team in Santa Barbara. This is a full-time position primarily focused on packing, product assembly, and general warehouse support. We're looking for someone who is detail-oriented, reliable, and willing to jump in and help wherever needed. Responsibilities Pack and prepare products for shipment Assemble and package product kits according to instructions Label, organize, and stock products and supplies Assist with shipping and receiving as needed Maintain a clean and organized warehouse Follow established procedures and quality requirements Assist the Warehouse Manager with various projects and day-to-day warehouse needs Provide additional warehouse support wherever needed Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Previous warehouse, packing, assembly, shipping, or similar experience preferred but not required Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic Strong attention to detail Ability to follow written instructions and established procedures Comfortable performing repetitive packing and assembly tasks Able to work independently as well as part of a small team Flexible and willing to assist in different areas as needed Able to stand for extended periods and perform typical warehouse duties
