We are a growing supplement company based in Irvine, California, seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Warehouse Picker & Packer to join our team. This position plays an important role in ensuring customer orders are picked, packed, labeled, and shipped accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, and takes pride in maintaining accuracy and cleanliness. Responsibilities Accurately pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment Verify products, quantities, lot information, and shipping labels before orders are shipped Perform quality-control checks to ensure orders are accurate and products are properly prepared for shipment Maintain accurate and organized inventory records Perform regular stock counts and assist with identifying and resolving inventory discrepancies Receive, load, and unload trucks and shipping containers approximately 2-3 times per week Restock warehouse shelves and maintain organized product locations Follow warehouse safety procedures and company policies Keep the warehouse and individual work areas clean, organized, and orderly Communicate with team members regarding inventory, order, product, or shipping issues Assist with other general warehouse duties as needed Requirements Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 50 pounds Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and communication skills Dependable attendance and punctuality Positive, team-oriented attitude Previous warehouse, order fulfillment, or shipping experience is a plus, but not required What We Offer
