Picker/Packer

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Picker/Packer to join our dynamic warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently selecting, packing, and preparing products for shipment while ensuring accuracy and quality standards are met. Your proactive approach will help maintain smooth warehouse operations, support order fulfillment, and contribute to overall customer satisfaction. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with heavy equipment, utilize warehouse management systems, and develop your skills in materials handling and distribution. Responsibilities Accurately pick items using order picker equipment, RF scanners, and other mechanical tools to fulfill customer orders efficiently. Pack products securely using appropriate packaging materials, ensuring items are protected during transit. Conduct quality control checks to ensure all picked and packed items meet company standards before dispatch. Maintain organized stock levels through stocking, inventory management, and replenishment activities. Support warehouse distribution activities by assisting with order fulfillment, inventory counts, and warehouse organization. Qualifications Proven experience in warehouse operations including picking & packing, shipping & receiving, or related roles. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners for order processing. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills to ensure accuracy in order fulfillment. Mechanical knowledge or experience operating heavy equipment is advantageous. Prior experience in warehouse supervision or distribution roles is preferred but not required. Pay:

$17.00 - $18.00 per hour
