行政人事经理(HR & Administration Manager) 工作地点: Jurupa Valley, CA 公司简介 Seacorners是一家快速发展的国际化企业,业务涵盖仓储物流、供应链管理及相关商业领域。随着公司持续拓展新市场及多元化业务,我们正在寻找一位专业、积极且富有责任心的行政人事经理,负责公司人力资源及行政管理工作,为组织发展和团队建设提供支持。 岗位职责 人力资源管理 负责招聘全流程管理,包括职位发布、简历筛选、面试安排及录用跟进; 办理员工入职、转正、调岗、晋升及离职等相关手续; 建立并维护员工档案、人事系统及劳动合同等资料; 协助考勤统计、薪资数据整理及相关报表制作。 行政与办公室管理 统筹日常行政事务,包括办公环境、办公用品、档案及资产管理; 组织和协调会议、商务活动及差旅安排; 完善行政管理制度和工作流程,提高运营效率; 为各部门提供行政支持,保障公司日常运营顺畅开展。 员工关系与合规管理 维护良好的员工关系,及时处理员工沟通及相关事务; 协助制定和执行公司人事政策及管理制度; 确保公司人力资源管理符合相关法律法规要求; 协助识别和降低用工风险。 跨部门运营支持 与运营、物流、财务及管理团队保持密切协作; 参与公司流程优化及管理项目; 为公司未来业务拓展和组织发展提供支持。 任职要求 本科及以上学历,人力资源管理、工商管理等相关专业优先; 5年以上行政人事相关工作经验; 具有物流、仓储、供应链或相关行业经验者优先; 熟悉招聘管理、员工关系及劳动法规; 具备优秀的沟通协调能力、组织能力及执行力; 能适应快速发展的工作环境并有效处理多项事务; 熟练使用 Microsoft Office 办公软件; 具备HR系统、薪资系统或QuickBooks经验者优先; 中英文听说读写流利。

Jurupa Valley, CA About Seacorners Seacorners is a rapidly growing international company with operations spanning warehousing, logistics, supply chain management, and diversified business activities. As we continue to expand our market presence and business portfolio, we are seeking a proactive and experienced HR & Administration Manager to support our people operations and organizational growth. Key Responsibilities Human Resources Management Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and hiring follow-up; Handle onboarding, confirmation reviews, transfers, promotions, and offboarding procedures; Maintain employee records, HR systems, and employment documentation; Assist with attendance tracking, payroll data preparation, and HR reporting. Administration & Office Management Oversee daily administrative operations, including office facilities, supplies, records, and company assets; Coordinate meetings, business events, and travel arrangements; Improve administrative procedures and operational efficiency; Provide administrative support to various departments to ensure smooth business operations. Employee Relations & Compliance Maintain positive employee relations and address workplace concerns; Assist in implementing HR policies and internal procedures; Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations; Support risk management and labor compliance initiatives. Cross-Functional Business Support Collaborate closely with operations, logistics, finance, and management teams; Participate in process improvement and business projects; Support organizational growth and future business expansion initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; 5+ years of HR and administrative experience; Experience in logistics, warehousing, supply chain, transportation, or related industries is preferred; Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, and employment regulations; Excellent communication, organizational, and execution skills; Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; Experience with HRIS, payroll systems, or QuickBooks is a plus; Professional fluency in both Mandarin Chinese and English.Pay:
