Warehouse Picker / Packer

About the Company We are a high-volume liquor retailer with both a busy retail storefront and a rapidly growing e-commerce fulfillment operation. Our warehouse team handles daily shipping orders, inventory transfer requests, and inventory organization. Accuracy and efficiency are critical to our operations. We are seeking experienced warehouse picker/packers who understand order accuracy, product verification, and fast-paced fulfillment environments. Position Overview The Warehouse Order Fulfillment Associate is responsible for picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment. This role requires strong attention to detail to ensure every order is verified and accurately fulfilled before leaving the facility. Key Responsibilities Pick products accurately from warehouse inventory using order slips or digital systems Verify bottles and quantities against order details before packing Prepare orders for shipping using carrier platforms Package products securely to prevent damage during transport Assist with organizing warehouse inventory and maintaining storage locations Support receiving deliveries and stocking inventory Maintain clean, organized picking and packing stations Communicate any inventory discrepancies to management Qualifications Previous warehouse picking/packing or fulfillment experience preferred Experience working with shipping platforms (UPS, FedEx, etc.) is a plus Strong attention to detail and ability to verify order accuracy Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Comfortable lifting and moving cases up to 50 lbs Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Work Environment This position operates within an active warehouse environment and requires standing, lifting, and moving inventory throughout the shift.

Pay:

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
