We're looking for a reliable Packer to pack and ship customer orders accurately and on time, and to keep our warehouse stocked and organized so the packing never slows down. This is a hands-on, get-it-done role. If you like clear tasks, steady work, and finishing the day knowing exactly what you got done, you'll do well here. What You'll Do Packing Orders (the majority of your day) Pull items for each order and match them against the order sheet. Pack items securely so they arrive in one piece — the right item, protected, to the right person. Print and apply shipping labels. Stage finished packages for daily carrier pickup. Double-check every order before it's sealed. Accuracy is the job. Restocking & Warehouse Organization Receive incoming product — check deliveries against what was expected, and flag anything damaged, missing, or wrong before it goes on the shelf. Put away new inventory — get product out of receiving and onto the shelves where it belongs, not stacked in a corner to deal with later. Restock picking shelves and bins so the items we're actively selling are always full and easy to grab. When a shelf runs empty mid-pack, packing stops — your job is to make sure that doesn't happen. Organize the warehouse — like items grouped together, everything labeled clearly, a consistent spot for each product so anyone can find it fast. Keep the space clean and safe — break down empty boxes, clear the aisles, haul trash, and keep walkways and exits unobstructed. Keep packing supplies stocked — boxes, tape, poly mailers, labels, filler. Tell us before we run out, not after. Rotate stock so older inventory moves first and nothing sits forgotten in the back. Spot-check counts on the shelf and report anything that doesn't match what our system says. Most of your day is packing. The rest is keeping inventory organized so packing stays fast — the two go together, and doing the second one well is what makes the first one easy. What We're Looking For Dependable and on time. This is the single most important thing. Careful with details — you double-check the order before you tape the box. Comfortable on your feet for most of your shift. Able to lift up to 50 lbs and move boxes and totes throughout the day. Able to read order sheets and use a computer or tablet for basic label printing. Someone who notices when something's out of place and fixes it without being asked. No prior warehouse experience required. We'll train you on our process. Previous warehouse, shipping, fulfillment, retail stocking, or ecommerce experience is preferred and will help you ramp up faster — but it is not a requirement, and we're glad to train the right person from scratch.
