Job Description
Job Purpose The Packing Inspector is mainly responsible for inspecting and packing finished products. Principal Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions)
• Visually Inspect and pack finished products Ensure picked products matches with ticket order Communicate with liaison/ coordinator regarding product issues/ troubleshooting escalation Maintain a safe, clean, organized and healthy environment at all times Must be able to comply with quality, product safety, and HSE rules and regulations. Be energy conscious, if applicable Able to work in a fast-paced environment that can be affected by outside weather conditions. Assist in other warehouse areas when we are short-handed Other duties as assigned, needed or required Qualifications & Skills High School Diploma or GED strongly preferred. Minimum of 2 years' prior experience in a similar role Show a high level of ownership, accountability and initiative Must have proven experience working well within a team environment Working knowledge of safety regulations and procedures Product knowledge or the ability to quickly learn it General computer skills for basic entry Strong communication skills Ability to operate forklift, hand truck, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment Critical thinking skills necessary Customer service focused
