Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Job Summary The Warehouse Picker is responsible for accurately picking, staging, and preparing customer orders for shipment while ensuring quality, inventory accuracy, and on-time order fulfillment. This position plays a key role in supporting warehouse operations and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Pick products accurately according to sales orders and pick lists. Verify part numbers, quantities, and order specifications before staging orders. Stage completed orders for packing and shipping. Report inventory shortages, discrepancies, and damaged materials. Maintain inventory accuracy through proper scanning, labeling, and documentation. Follow all safety procedures, quality standards, and company policies. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Assist with other warehouse and fulfillment tasks as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to follow instructions and standard operating procedures. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic computer and handheld scanner experience preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift. Ability to push or pull materials using warehouse equipment. Comfortable working in an active warehouse environment.
Pay Details:
