Job Description
Role Summary The Packaging Technician is responsible for supporting daily cannabis production operations, including preroll manufacturing, packaging, labeling, and product handling. This role requires strong attention to detail, efficiency, and the ability to follow standard operating procedures in a fast-paced environment. Core Responsibilities ~ Produce preroll products according to company standards and specifications ~ Package finished goods (prerolls, jars, etc.) accurately and efficiently ~ Apply labels, verification stickers, and packaging components correctly ~ Operate and assist with packaging machinery and equipment ~ Follow all SOPs related to packaging, labeling, and material handling ~ Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment ~ Ensure all products meet quality and compliance standards before completion ~ Assist with inventory organization and tracking of materials ~ Communicate any production issues or bottlenecks to management
