Approximately 8:00 PM-3:00 AM (hours may vary depending on the livestream) About the Position Hi! I'm looking for a dependable, long-term Production Assistant to work alongside me during my nightly beauty livestreams on the Whatnot app. Whatnot is a live shopping platform where products are sold through fast-paced auctions. During the livestream, auctions last only 5 seconds, so staying organized, paying close attention to detail, and keeping up with the pace are extremely important. This is a fun, laid-back work environment with a small team, but once we're live, it's all about speed, accuracy, and teamwork. You won't be on camera or expected to host. Your role is to help keep the livestream running smoothly by accurately tracking sold items and keeping customer orders organized behind the scenes. Responsibilities Watch the livestream on your phone while working alongside me to accurately track every item as it's sold. Pull and number each product immediately after it's sells. Organize customer orders neatly in designated boxes throughout the livestream. Move quickly throughout the warehouse to retrieve products and continuously add sold items to the correct order boxes. Stay organized while keeping up with a very fast-paced workflow. Maintain excellent attention to detail to ensure every customer receives the correct items. Restock, organize, and prepare inventory before and after each livestream. Help keep the workspace clean and organized. What I'm Looking For Someone interested in a long-term position. Reliable and punctual. Excellent attention to detail. Comfortable working in a very fast-paced environment. Able to multitask while watching the livestream and organizing orders at the same time. Able to stand and stay active for the entire shift. Strong English communication skills. Quick learner with a positive attitude. Comfortable working closely as part of a two-person team. No Experience? No Problem! No livestream experience is necessary—I'm happy to train the right person.
