In this fast-paced role, you will be responsible for meticulously packing and shipping products sold during live sales events, ensuring each item reaches our customers promptly and in perfect condition. Responsibilities Carefully pack items sold during live sales broadcasts, ensuring all products are protected and accurately prepared for shipment Verify order details, including item quantities and shipping addresses, to prevent errors Maintain organized packing stations to facilitate smooth workflow during live sales events Collaborate with the sales team to understand product specifics and special handling instructions Prepare shipping labels and coordinate with carriers for timely pickups and deliveries Monitor inventory levels of packing supplies and reorder as needed to avoid delays Assist with quality control checks to ensure all shipped items meet company standards and customer expectations Qualifications Prior experience in packing, shipping, or customer service is preferred but not required; a positive attitude and eagerness to learn are essential Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions precisely Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple orders efficiently during live events Ability to work quickly in a high-energy environment while maintaining accuracy Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and support the sales process Basic familiarity with shipping procedures, labels, and carrier requirements is a plus Ability to stand for extended periods and lift packages of varying weights safely Join us in delivering excitement directly to our customers' doorsteps!
