Job Description

The Packer is responsible for assembling and packaging finished products while meeting quality and production standards. This role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse or production environment.
  • Job Duties
  • + Assemble and package products according to work orders and specifications + Inspect products for quality, defects, and accuracy before packaging + Label, seal, and palletize finished goods + Maintain a clean and organized workstation + Follow all safety guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs) + Meet daily and weekly production goals + Assist with loading and unloading materials as needed + Communicate inventory, quality, or equipment issues to supervisors + Work collaboratively with team members to support production flow •Qualifications•+ Previous warehouse, packing, or production experience preferred but not required + Ability to stand for 8-10 hours and lift 25-50 lbs + Strong attention to detail and quality + Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team + Reliable attendance and punctuality + Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
