Compensation:

$23.00 - $24.00 per hour.

Role Overview:

This position centers on the efficient processing of incoming and outgoing shipments. You will play a key part in ensuring our workspace remains organized and secure by strictly adhering to established safety protocols.

Core Duties:

Prepare and image both new and refurbished laptop units. Assemble shipping containers and pack customer orders. Sanitize hardware components and power cables. Support inventory accuracy by replenishing stock and conducting counts. Utilize warehouse machinery, including pallet jacks, to move goods. Safely lift and relocate items weighing up to 50 lbs to assist with team logistics. Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by following all safety procedures.

Requirements:

Completion of high school or a GED equivalent. Entry-level background with 0 to 1 year of relevant experience. Familiarity with standard industry practices and operational procedures. Capacity to follow detailed instructions and established guidelines to complete daily tasks. Ability to work under direct supervision while reporting to a manager.

Pay Transparency:

The standard hourly rate for this position is $23.00 - $24.00. Non-exempt employees receive overtime pay at 1.5 times their base rate for hours exceeding 40 per week, or as mandated by regional regulations. Final compensation is based on your specific experience, education, and skills.
