JXB Properties is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Order Picker to support daily warehouse and fulfillment operations. This entry-level position is responsible for locating products, preparing customer orders, and helping keep inventory organized. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a hands-on environment, following instructions, and working as part of a team. Training will be provided to help you learn our processes and procedures. Position Summary As an Order Picker, you will help ensure products are accurately selected and prepared for shipment or internal distribution. You will work closely with the warehouse team to maintain an organized workspace and complete orders efficiently. Responsibilities Pick products from designated storage locations based on order information Check item numbers, quantities, and product details for accuracy Prepare picked items for packing, staging, or shipment Keep shelves, storage areas, and workspaces organized Assist with receiving, sorting, and moving inventory as needed Update basic inventory or order information when required Report missing, damaged, or incorrect items to the appropriate team member Follow workplace safety procedures and maintain a clean work area Support other routine warehouse tasks as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Good attention to detail and accuracy Ability to stay organized while handling multiple orders Reliable attendance and a positive attitude Comfortable working in a hands-on, team-oriented environment Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift packages as needed Preferred Qualifications Basic familiarity with warehouse or order fulfillment activities is helpful but not required Willingness to learn new procedures and warehouse systems Benefits On-the-job training Team-oriented work environment Opportunities to develop warehouse and fulfillment skills Potential for growth within the company

Pay:

$22.20 - $23.20 per hour
