In this energetic role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting, packing, and preparing orders for shipment, ensuring that our customers receive their products promptly and in perfect condition. Duties Efficiently pick orders using RF scanners and barcode scanning technology to ensure accuracy and speed Pack products securely with appropriate materials, maintaining quality control standards Operate heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling tools to load and unload goods safely Manage inventory by stocking shelves, replenishing supplies, and updating inventory management systems Assist with shipping and receiving tasks, including verifying shipments and preparing documentation Follow safety protocols diligently while handling materials and operating equipment to prevent accidents Support warehouse distribution activities by organizing products for timely dispatch and maintaining a clean, organized workspace Requirements Proven experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers preferred Ability to operate heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners with certification where applicable Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management systems Strong manual handling skills including heavy lifting and materials handling techniques Basic math skills for order fulfillment calculations and barcode scanning processes Knowledge of safety procedures including PPE use, safe equipment operation, and manual handling practices Excellent attention to detail for order picking, packing accuracy, and quality control Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards Join us today to be part of a vibrant team committed to operational excellence!
