R&R Industries, Inc. | San Clemente, CA $19.00 per hour | Full-Time Seasonal | Monday-Friday R&R Industries, Inc. is hiring Seasonal Warehouse Order Pickers to join our San Clemente warehouse team for our busy season. We manufacture and distribute high-visibility safety apparel for customers nationwide. We are looking for dependable employees who are comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and can accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders. We are hiring ASAP, with seasonal work anticipated through December 2026. Available Shifts 6:00 AM-2:30 PM, Monday-Friday — 2 openings 8:00 AM-4:30 PM, Monday-Friday — 1 opening These are full-time, on-site seasonal positions. What You'll Do As a Warehouse Order Picker, your primary responsibility is making sure our customers' orders are picked accurately and efficiently.

You will:

Pick products according to customer orders and verify the correct style, color, size, and quantity. Count, pack, box, label, and stage orders for production or shipment. Check your work for order and quantity accuracy before orders move to the next step. Keep warehouse aisles, inventory areas, and your workstation clean and organized. Restock products and help maintain organized inventory locations as assigned. Safely move boxes and merchandise throughout the warehouse. Follow RRI safety procedures and immediately report unsafe conditions or damaged equipment. Work with the Warehouse and Production teams to keep customer orders moving during our busiest season. What We're Looking For Some warehouse, order picking, fulfillment, shipping/receiving, stocking, or similar hands-on work experience is preferred. You should also be able to: Reliably work your assigned Monday-Friday schedule. Work on your feet and move throughout the warehouse for the shift. Accurately count products and follow written and verbal instructions. Work at a consistent pace while maintaining accuracy. Frequently bend, reach, push, pull, and handle merchandise. Lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation. Work safely and cooperatively as part of a team. A high school diploma or GED is preferred but not required.

Pay & Seasonal Employment Pay:

$19.00 per hour - Overtime required during peak season This is a full-time seasonal position anticipated to continue through approximately December 2026 based on business needs.
