Job Overview MM Barak Transportation LLC is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Order Picker to support daily warehouse, order fulfillment, and shipping operations. This is an entry-level opportunity for someone who is organized, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. The Order Picker will locate products, prepare customer orders, verify quantities, and stage completed orders for packing or shipment. Training will be provided, and previous warehouse or order-picking experience is not required. Responsibilities Pick products according to customer orders and picking lists Locate items accurately within designated storage areas Verify product numbers, quantities, and order details Prepare picked items for packing and shipment Organize completed orders in designated staging areas Use carts, hand trucks, or other basic material-handling equipment as needed Assist with packing and labeling orders when required Maintain accurate inventory and report discrepancies Inspect products for visible damage before completing orders Keep picking and storage areas clean and organized Restock products and supplies in designated locations Report missing, damaged, or incorrectly stored items Work with warehouse and operations team members to meet daily fulfillment goals Perform other warehouse duties as assigned Requirements High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required Strong attention to detail Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Good organizational and time-management skills Ability to work efficiently while maintaining accuracy Basic computer skills are helpful Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift packages throughout the workday Willingness to learn and follow company procedures About the Position The Order Picker plays an important role in ensuring customer orders are prepared accurately and efficiently. Pay:

$22.20 - $23.20 per hour
