Duties Carefully pack and prepare products for shipping, ensuring all items meet quality standards and packaging specifications Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, cherry pickers, reach trucks, forklifts, and other heavy equipment safely and efficiently Use barcode scanners, RF (radio frequency) scanners, and warehouse management systems (WMS) to accurately pick, pack, and track inventory Load and unload shipments using appropriate materials handling equipment while adhering to safety protocols and PPE requirements Assist with inventory management by stocking shelves, conducting stock counts, and maintaining accurate records within warehouse management systems Support order fulfillment processes by picking orders with precision using order picker tools and ensuring timely dispatch Maintain a clean, organized workspace to promote safety, efficiency, and quality control throughout warehouse operations Requirements Proven experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers is preferred Ability to operate heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, cherry pickers, pallet jacks, and order pickers with proper certification or training preferred Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), barcode scanning technology, RF scanners, and inventory management systems Strong manual handling skills including heavy lifting and material handling techniques Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying shipments accurately Knowledge of safety protocols related to warehouse activities including PPE use and heavy equipment operation Excellent attention to detail for order picking, packing accuracy, quality control checks, and shipping & receiving procedures Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards Join us today to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to excellence in warehousing!
