Bulk Order Puller Natural Grocers - 3.1 Golden, CO Job Details Full-time From $22 an hour 5 hours ago Qualifications Computer operation High school diploma or GED Quality data entry Full Job Description Job Summary The Bulk Order Puller is responsible for picking daily bulk foods orders at the Distribution Center for Natural Grocers. The order puller uses a RF gun and electric rider pallet jack to pull product, palletize, and label the finished pallets for shipment to our stores. The order pullers work together with Grocery, Shipping and other warehouse departments by providing courteous, friendly, and efficient service to co-workers and fellow team members. The standard work schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00-3:30 PM; must be flexible with hours around holiday schedules. Responsibilities Reads and follows priorities for daily picking schedule Picks bulk product orders from SAP reports using RF scanner Responsible for efficiently filling store orders, properly palletizing for stability, and delivering pallets to the staging area in a safe and efficient manner Responsible for the completeness and accuracy of all orders filled Inspects material handling equipment at start of shift; completes daily inspection report Performs daily, weekly and monthly housekeeping duties; completes quality forms assigned to area All work areas must be kept clean and free of debris; forklift paths kept clear of wood, plastic, and other debris Perform all tasks in a manner that promotes safety May be assigned to other warehouse duties as needed Although this is a general outline of job responsibilities all employees are expected to be "hands on" and do whatever it takes to get the job done and make the company thrive. Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent is required Minimum 1 year prior order pulling / warehouse experience preferred Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions as provided Electric riding pallet jack experience preferred Good attention to detail; accuracy and thoroughness is a must Ability to work with others in a fast-paced team environment Flexibility with working hours to accommodate warehouse needs Must be reliable and on time every day Able to work in seasonally warm or cool environment Able to assist in other departments as needed Basic Computer Experience - Data Entry required This job description is not an employment contract. Physical and Environmental Demands:

Physical Requirements:
Must have the ability to frequently lift or carry up to 50 lbs. and occasionally lift or carry 51-100 lbs. Must have the ability to occasionally push or pull up to 100 lbs. Must be able to frequently lift overhead for building pallets Must be able to frequently bend at the waist and knees, twist, push and pull Requires the use of both arms and both hands with full range of motion. Must be able to frequently use the computer for data entry and use of mouse. Must be able to constantly walk and stand for the duration of the work shift. Must be able to frequently grip, squat, kneel, bend, twist, turn, reach outward, and reach above chest. Must be able to occasionally sit, use fine motor manipulations, climb, and crawl as needed.
Environmental Requirements:
Must be able to frequently work with noise throughout the duration of the shift. Must be able to occasionally work in cold, heat, sharp tools and equipment, contact stress, and in a congested worksite.
