5:30 AM

• 2:00 PM | $17.

00/hr 2nd

Shift:

1:30 PM

• 10:00 PM | $17.

00/hr + 10% shift differential (=$18.70/hr) 3rd

Shift:

9:30 PM

• 6:00 AM | $17.00/hr + 15% shift differential (=$19.55/hr) Upon Permanent Conversion
• All shifts move to a $20.

00/hr base rate Shift differentials are applied on top of the $20/hr base only for 2nd and 3rd shifts 2nd

Shift:

$20/hr + 10% differential (for hours worked) 3rd

Shift:

$20/hr + 15% differential (for hours worked) 1st shift sees a $3/hr increase upon conversion (from $17/hr to $20/hr base pay) What You'll Do Load metal rods into production machinery (requires bending, lifting, and standing) Operate machines used to manufacture medical components Package medical products in a cleanroom environment Use labeling and packaging equipment Transfer finished goods to quality control Assist with general production and packaging tasks as needed What We're Looking For Ability to stand for a full 8-hour shift Comfortable working in a loud, fast-paced, industrial environment Reliable attendance and strong punctuality Willingness to learn, cross-train, and grow within the company Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Monument, CO. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
