The Warehouse Picker will be responsible for accurately picking, organizing, packing, and preparing merchandise for shipment to wholesale and e-commerce customers. The ideal candidate is organized, efficient, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities Accurately pick merchandise according to customer orders, packing lists, and shipping requirements. Verify product styles, sizes, colors, and quantities to ensure order accuracy. Pack and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring merchandise is properly folded, labeled, and packaged. Assist with receiving incoming shipments, unloading cartons, and organizing inventory. Stock and replenish merchandise in designated warehouse locations. Maintain accurate inventory counts and assist with regular inventory checks. Identify and report damaged, defective, or missing merchandise. Process returned merchandise and assist with restocking inventory. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment. Work closely with warehouse supervisors and team members to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time. Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous warehouse, order picking, packing, or inventory experience preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work efficiently and meet daily order fulfillment deadlines. Good organizational and time-management skills. Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team. Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems are a plus. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive movements throughout the workday. Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 30-50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation. Ability to safely perform warehouse tasks in accordance with company procedures.
