The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that products are accurately packaged and prepared for shipment. This position requires a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and safety while adhering to company standards. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Packaging products according to specifications and quality standards, ensuring accuracy in order fulfillment. Operate various warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, to facilitate the packaging process. Maintain an organized workspace, ensuring that all packaging materials are readily available and properly stored. Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines. Conduct inventory management tasks, including tracking stock levels and reporting discrepancies. Assist with order picking and packing as needed to support overall warehouse operations. Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment. Skills Mechanical knowledge to understand and operate packaging machinery effectively. Familiarity with distribution center operations and warehouse management systems is an asset. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in packaging and inventory management. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
Pay:
$16.35 per hour
