Job Description

Responsibilities Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) Verify order contents during packing to ensure correct items, quantities, and condition prior to shipment Prioritize and process late, urgent, or time-sensitive orders as required Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory management procedures. Maintain accurate inventory handling and report discrepancies, damages, or shortages immediately Organize, stock, and restock warehouse inventory according to company standards Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in compliance with company and safety guidelines Interface with transportation and shipping partners (carriers, pickups, handoffs) as needed Assist with receiving, cycle counts, inventory audits, and general warehouse operations Communicate with Customer Service team to resolve fulfillment issues Qualifications & Experience High school diploma or equivalent preferred Warehouse, shipping, packing, or fulfillment experience preferred Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 40 lbs Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with a focus on accuracy Basic computer skills, including the ability to print shipping labels, check orders, and navigate warehouse systems Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a small team environment Must be 18 years of age or older Reliable, punctual, and responsible work ethic with consistent attendance Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and adhere to company policies and procedures Compensation & Benefits Hourly pay: $18-$21 per hour, based on experience Health insurance benefits Paid time off (PTO) 401(k) retirement plan
