Looking for a dynamic, fast-paced role with schedule flexibility? Join our team! We are seeking a reliable and adaptable Picker/Packer to help us crush our daily fulfillment goals. In this role, no two days are exactly the same. If you love a hands-on job where teamwork makes the dream work, we want to hear from you.Shift & Schedule:
We offer a flexible schedule across the following shifts on 4 different locations (Wallingford, Meriden, Berlin & New Britain) (must be punctualdaily attendance check-ins are mandatory):Monday
Friday:
8:00 AM- 4:30 PMSaturday
Sunday:
7:00 AM- 3:30
PMWhat You'll Do:
Your day-to-day will be dynamic based on what our clients need. You will rotate through various warehouse functions, including:Picking & Packing:
Accurately select items and prepare orders for shipment.Sorting & Replenishing:
Keep inventory organized and restocked.Kitting:
Work closely with your team to assemble special client kits.Flexing:
Jump in wherever needed to ensure 100% client satisfaction.What We're Looking For:
