About us: Based out of Wallingford, CT - Amston Home Transition Solutions has been serving seniors and local communities since 2016. We provide a wide range of services designed to help seniors and their loved ones such as: decluttering, packing, real estate services, light construction, cleaning, and cleanouts. We go the extra mile for our clients and our goal is to be the best resource for seniors in need of our services.
Overview:
Our professional packing/organizing position is part time & flexible. Your hours will vary from week to week, typically 15-35 hours. Our ideal candidate must enjoy working with senior citizens, and working as a team. Additionally, the ideal candidate must possess the following skills: pays attention to detail, punctuality, and reliability. Amston offers opportunities for growth within the company. Responsibilities Declutter and downsize client's personal items Some lifting of bins and boxes (typically light weight) Provide superior client service to clients and business partners Assist clients to determine which belongings to keep, donate/discard, or sell. Professionally pack all items, assist with unpacking and getting clients settled in their new home. Initiate and maintain communication with the Team Leader throughout job engagement. Provide feedback to Team Leader and Management for the best possible service to clients. Qualifications The ideal candidate will be able to work 2 to 5 days per week (Monday through Friday 8am - 5pm) depending on availability. Occasional weekend work. Must be punctual, compassionate, and dependable. Must have a valid CT license & personal vehicle. Must be able to work physically for a minimum of 4 hours. A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
Pay:
$19.00 - $22.00 per hour
