Overview:
We are hiring a Packer to support our clients production and shipping operations. This role ensures products are packed safely, accurately, and efficiently while meeting quality standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and able to maintain a steady pace in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Pack and stack products on pallets according to company standards.
Ensure proper pallet prep:
cleats installed, correct stacking, labels facing outward, and weight distributed safely. Maintain assembly line and shipping efficiency by keeping a consistent pace. Inspect strapping, pallets, and products for quality and accuracy. Prep production materials according to the sequence screen. Correct improperly packed items and report issues to team leads. Accurately place cabinet labels and ensure correct alignment. Comply with company policies on attendance, safety, cleanliness, and teamwork.
Requirements:
Previous experience in packing, warehouse, or production preferred. Strong attention to detail and quality control skills. Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and stacking products. Reliable attendance and ability to work a predictable schedule. Ability to follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines. Good communication skills for reporting issues to supervisors.
