Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Case Packer Operator to join our beverage manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently packing products into cases, ensuring accuracy, safety, and quality standards are met throughout the packaging process. Your energetic approach will help maintain smooth operations on the production line, contributing to timely order fulfillment and overall product integrity. This position offers an engaging environment where your mechanical aptitude and equipment operation skills will be valued and developed. Responsibilities Operate packaging machines and equipment with precision to assemble and pack products into cases according to specifications. Use material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts to move raw materials and finished goods safely within the warehouse. Troubleshoot industrial equipment issues promptly to minimize downtime, applying basic mechanical knowledge and hand tools as needed. Ensure compliance with safety standards, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and safety protocols by consistently using personal protective equipment (PPE). Perform quality checks during packing processes to verify correct product counts, labels, and case integrity. Maintain cleanliness of work area, follow proper sanitation procedures, and adhere to food production safety standards. Assist in inventory management by accurately documenting packaging activities and materials used. Experience Prior experience in food production, manufacturing, or warehouse environments is preferred. Familiarity with operating packaging machines, forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment is highly desirable. Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and recording data accurately. Knowledge of safety standards in production settings, including GMP compliance and proper PPE use. Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot industrial equipment issues effectively. Experience working with hand tools and machining processes is a plus.
