About the Role We're hiring reliable, fast‑paced associates to support stacking, repacking, and packing operations in a fresh‑produce warehouse. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, staying active, and being part of a production team that keeps product moving safely and efficiently. Key Responsibilities Stack, strap, and palletize produce boxes Repack and sort product according to quality standards Build pallets accurately and safely Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all food‑safety and warehouse safety procedures Assist with general warehouse tasks as needed Lift up to 50 lbs consistently throughout the shift Schedule Monday-Friday Overtime available and often required Occasional Saturdays based on production needs Compensation $14 per hour depending on experience Weekly pay Overtime paid after 40 hours What We're Looking For Experience in produce, warehouse, or manufacturing preferred Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment Strong attention to detail Reliable attendance and teamwork mindset
