• Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:30 PM Captain's Fasteners is a family-owned stainless steel fastener wholesaler serving contractors, marine, and industrial customers for decades. We are hiring a reliable, detail-oriented Fastener Packaging Specialist to prepare customer orders and keep our fastener inventory accurate throughout the day. Responsibilities Prepare outbound orders by weighing, counting, and separating fasteners into smaller boxes per order specifications Accurately label and package repackaged fasteners for shipment Perform inventory adjustments throughout the day to reflect repackaging activity Verify weights and counts to ensure order accuracy before packing Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow all procedures and safety standards Requirements Spanish fluency required Comfortable using a scale and performing basic weight-to-count calculations Strong attention to detail — accuracy matters more than speed Dependable, organized, and consistent Schedule & Compensation Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:30 PM $19-$23/hr depending on experience Paid biweekly Overtime available Stable, established, family-owned company
