Job Description
The Harbour Grill is Hiring. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Order Picker/Driver to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will possess strong warehouse operations knowledge, experience , and a commitment to safety and efficiency. This role involves accurate order fulfillment, inventory management, and timely delivery to ensure smooth restaurant supply chain operations. Duties Select and prepare orders Operate equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks Load and unload deliveries while adhering to safety protocols and PPE requirements. Maintain organized storage of inventory items, ensuring proper stocking and replenishment for restaurant needs. Assist with shipping and receiving processes, verifying shipments against purchase orders. Conduct quality control checks on incoming supplies and outgoing orders to uphold high standards. Support warehouse distribution activities by ensuring timely order picking, packing, and dispatching. Qualifications Proven experience operating warehouse equipment including reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners. Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory control practices. Experience in order picking, packing, shipping & receiving within a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with safety protocols related to heavy equipment operation and manual handling. Basic math skills for inventory counting and order calculations. Warehouse supervision experience is preferred but not mandatory; leadership qualities are a plus. Ability to work effectively as part of a team while maintaining attention to detail in order fulfillment processes.
