Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Picker/Packer to join our team in Apopka, Florida. This individual will be responsible for picking products from warehouse shelves according to order lists, packing items securely to prevent damage during shipping, and other picking/packing duties. Pay, Schedule, and Location Starting at $15/hour Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision 7am-3:30pm Located in Apopka, Florida Duties and Responsibilities Pick products from warehouse shelves according to order lists. Verify item numbers, quantities, and product quality. Pack items securely to prevent damage during shipping. Label packages and prepare them for dispatch. Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment. Follow company safety procedures and quality standards. Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets. Requirements and Qualifications Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (23 kg) and stand for extended periods. Basic math and reading skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience in a warehouse or distribution center is an advantage but not always required.
