We are a fast growing military surplus company with a strong online presence, and this role is important for keeping operations running smoothly. You will help with everything from preparing customer orders to restocking inventory and supporting our sort team. Responsibilities Prepare and process customer orders with a focus on accuracy Inspect items before packing and take clear photos of outgoing orders Count, organize, and restock incoming inventory Pick, pack, and seal orders following directions from the warehouse lead Assist with general warehouse tasks including stocking and organization Keep your workspace clean at the end of each shift Requirements Strong attention to detail and accuracy when picking and packing orders Basic math skills for counting and organizing inventory Ability to work in a steady paced warehouse setting Comfortable working independently and with a team Job Type Full time Schedule Sunday - Thursday Pay $18.00 USD per hour Work Location In person About Us Gear Rack is a fast growing military surplus company based in Tampa Florida.
