You will receive, input, sort, load and unload products and you will perform various warehouse activities. Responsibilities The order checker / quality control associate performs quality control (QC) functions, including checking pallets for construction integrity, identifying miss-picks and misplaced cases. order checker / quality control associate will also work with selectors to correct all errors and rebuild pallets.

• Inspects completed order for quality by using frequency scanners
• Review individual orders to determine correct quantities, packing, and general accuracy of selected orders
• Inspect products for defects and damages
• Process, package and ship orders accurately
• Check, verify and fill customer invoices
• Examine outgoing shipments
• Consult with appropriate Supervisor regarding any problems identified in the QC process including quality issues not meeting standards and/or potential safety issues.
• Re-pack materials for outbound export shipments
• Organize stocks and maintain inventory
• Contribute ideas on ways to improve or optimize warehousing procedures
• Abide by all company safety and hygiene regulations
• Keep warehouse clean and organized daily
• Ability to coach selectors on job quality and efficiency.
• Must maintain good attendance.
• Maintain safe work practices.
• Maintain safeguards of confidential company information.
• Other duties and special projects as requested. Requirements
• Proven warehouse experience
• Order checking and quality control experience
• Ability to operate forklift, hand truck, pallet jack and other warehouse equipment
• Adequate knowledge of warehouse data system
• RF scan gun experience
• Team player with good organization skills
• Ability to lift or move heavy products
