POSITION OVERVIEW

| What is the Opportunity? This Build Room Staff member will support with daily build room, warehouse, and production duties, including: Absorbing product catalog knowledge Building products to quality and specification standards Navigating and pulling parts/products from the warehouse Reading purchase orders Packing customer orders Learning business shipping practices We are seeking an employee willing to grow with BODI and gradually take on more build room and production tasks as their familiarity with the company product catalog, quality control standards, and business practices increases. This role will include guidance and training to grow into the full task range of the position.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

This role will be responsible for learning and mastering the following duties: Learn assembly of various products both by hand and using common power tools (e.g. drill press, air press, clamp, vice) Be able to read and utilize simple measuring and building tools (e.g. tape measurer, wrenches, screwdrivers, battery-powered drill gun) Pack and ship customer orders Communicate and coordinate with all front-office, build room, and machine shop staff Cross-train on other warehouse-related tasks Be able to multi-task while working at a reasonable pace and be detail-oriented Understand and follow all company policies/standard operating procedures Learn and maintain product quality control standards Understand and live up to BODI Company, Inc.'s employee standard expectations

QUALIFICATIONS

Ability to maturely listen to and implement guidance from Management Ability to handle daily self-management and cleanly maintain a build room work table Ability to comfortably multi-task across warehouse, product build, packing, and shipping tasks Strong ability to absorb product knowledge over time and develop a reliable eye for quality control Ability to lift up to 50 lbs at a time and sit, stand, or walk throughout each workday Good communication skills, timeliness, work ethic, and dependability
