About Wonderland Distribution Wonderland Distribution is a fast-growing fulfillment and distribution center based in Duluth, GA. We pick, pack, and ship high volumes of consumer product orders daily for a portfolio of brands. Our warehouse runs on accuracy, speed, and accountability. We are looking for dependable, physically capable individuals who take pride in doing the job right the first time. Schedule Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM. No nights. No weekends. Location 3100 Breckinridge Blvd, Suite 745, Duluth, GA 30043 Responsibilities Pick customer orders accurately using pick lists and handheld scanners. Pack orders securely for shipment, including boxing, taping, labeling, and palletizing. Receive inbound shipments, verify counts against packing slips, and report discrepancies. Restock and replenish pick locations throughout the shift. Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory accuracy audits. Break down and stage pallets, load and unload trucks as needed. Operate pallet jacks and warehouse equipment safely. Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area at all times. Meet or exceed daily productivity and accuracy targets. Follow all safety procedures and report incidents immediately. Physical Requirements This is a physically demanding, fast-paced warehouse role. The following are essential functions of the position. Applicants must be able to perform these duties with or without reasonable accommodation: Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs throughout the shift. Stand and walk on concrete flooring for the full duration of an 8 hour shift. Repeatedly bend, stoop, squat, kneel, twist, and reach overhead. Climb and work from step ladders and rolling ladders. Perform sustained repetitive hand, wrist, and arm motions for scanning, packing, and taping. Maintain a consistent pace and meet productivity standards for the full shift. Read and accurately distinguish small print, SKUs, barcodes, and product labels. Work in a warehouse environment with fluctuating temperatures and noise levels. Qualifications Must be 21 years of age or older. This is required due to the age-restricted nature of certain products handled on site. Reliable personal transportation required. Consistent Monday through Friday availability required. No exceptions. Previous warehouse, fulfillment, shipping, receiving, or distribution experience strongly preferred. Experience with RF scanners, handheld devices, or warehouse management systems is a plus. Strong attention to detail and comfort with repetitive, high-volume work. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately. Honest, dependable, professional, and punctual with a strong attendance record. High school diploma or equivalent.
